Therapy for Anxiety
Feeling Constantly On Edge? You Don’t Have to Live Like This.
Maybe your mind feels like it’s always racing. You find yourself overthinking every little decision, or feeling overwhelmed even before the day starts. Maybe it’s hard to enjoy the moment because your body always feels tense, your stomach is in knots, or your chest feels tight.
Anxiety can show up in so many ways, panic attacks that seem to come out of nowhere, social anxiety that makes you want to cancel plans, or obsessive thoughts that make you feel stuck in your own head. And if you’ve been feeling this way for a while, it can be exhausting.
The truth is, anxiety doesn’t have to control your life.
At For The Love of You Therapy, we help children, teens, and young adults, finally understand where these anxious feelings come from, and more importantly, how to manage them. Therapy is not about “fixing” you, it’s about helping you feel safe in your own body again, learning tools to calm your mind, and freeing up the energy that anxiety takes away from you every single day.
Together, we’ll work on strategies that actually work for you, not generic advice, but real ways to handle anxiety in school, work, relationships, and everyday life. Whether you’re dealing with chronic worry, panic attacks, OCD, or social anxiety, we’re here to help you get your life back.
Let’s talk. Reach out today for a free consultation and take the first step toward feeling like yourself again.

FAQ
What is your experience treating anxiety?
I’ve worked with many clients who struggle with different forms of anxiety, everything from constant worry and racing thoughts to panic attacks and social anxiety. My focus is on helping people understand where their anxiety comes from, giving them practical tools to calm their mind, and building confidence to handle everyday stress with more ease.
What kind of approach do you use to treat anxiety?
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I often use evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge anxious thoughts, mindfulness techniques to calm the nervous system, and practical coping strategies you can use in daily life. Together, we’ll figure out what works best for you so therapy feels supportive and effective.
How soon will I feel better, and how will we track progress?
Every person’s journey looks different. Some clients notice relief within a few sessions, while others need more time to see lasting change. We’ll check in regularly on your progress and make sure you’re noticing improvements in how you think, feel, and respond to stressful situations. My goal is to help you build tools that last well beyond our sessions.
How much does a session cost? Do you accept my insurance or offer sliding-scale rates?
I believe therapy should feel accessible and transparent. Check my current rates here. If cost is a concern, let’s talk it through, I’ll do my best to help you find an option that works.
What happens if I don’t feel improvement?
That’s an important question. If you’re not noticing the progress you hoped for, we’ll talk about it openly and adjust our approach. Sometimes small shifts in strategy make a big difference. And if at any point I feel another type of therapy or specialist might be more helpful, I’ll always be honest and supportive in guiding you to the right next step.
