Rates & Fees
At For The Love of You Therapy, we do our best to make mental health care accessible and transparent.
On this page, you'll find everything you need to know about our current rates, how to book a session, and what to expect when you start therapy with us. If anything’s unclear or you’d like help figuring out your options, just reach out, we're here to support you.
INSURANCE
Our practice is private pay "out of network", and we do not bill insurance directly. We have also partnered with Mentaya, a simple tool that helps clients use their out-of-network benefits to get money back on therapy sessions. If you're not sure whether your insurance covers out-of-network providers, Mentaya can check for you in just a few steps or you can contact your provider directly.
PRICING INFO
Rates -

First session "intake" cost: $175.
Ongoing individual session cost: $160.
Parent Consultation cost: $160.
Group therapy cost: $65
If you're struggling financially and need mental health care, discounts will be considered during your consultation call. Please understand that we offer a limited number of sliding scales slots (subject to availability of slot).
Sliding Scale Pricing -

At For the Love of You we believe everyone should have access to therapy, regardless of financial circumstances. That is why we use sliding scale rates. which considers the client's income & unique needs. This is determined through a free 15-minute phone consultation. Payment Methods -

Cash, Zelle, HSA cards, Step Up for Students, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Insurance -
​
We are currently partnered with Mentaya, an out-of-network provider, to help clients save money on therapy.
EAP (Employee Assistance Program) -​
We are in network with Lyra Health as an in person EAP provider.
Cancellation Policy -
​
We require at least 48 hours advanced notice or you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
